SHARING FUTURES
Sharing FutureS is a research-based program for young adults’ mental health that will take place in Basel from October 14th to November 22nd 2024.
The program is based on experiencing together stories on various hopes and worries for young adults’ future – including climate change. If you want to know more about the stories that will be used, click here.
What will you do?
You will attend one session (1/1.30 hours) per week. Each time, we will watch or read 2 short narratives (clips from tv series, movies, short stories, video games, social media reels) and discuss our experience in a safe space. Every session will be moderated by one of our trained Session Leaders.
Please note that this program is part of a research study, thus your well-being levels will be measured before and after the study in order to see how participation in the program impacts your mental health.
